Boiled Chickpeas :- 1 cup
Panner :- 200 gram
Basmati Rice :- 200 g (1 Glass)
Boiled Potatoes :- 1 (Medium Size , Chopped)
Onion :- 2 (Medium Size, Chopped)
Tomato :- 1 big Size (Sliced)
Mint Leaves :- handful
Coriander Leaves :- handful
Ghee :- 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste :- 2 tbsp
Dry Spices :
Salt – As taste
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder – As Taste
Garam Masala Powder :- 1 tsp
Biryani Masala :- 1 tsp
Spices :
Mace :- 2
Cinnamon Stick :- 1
Cardamom :- 4 Pods
Cloves :- 4
Black Pepper :- 5-6
