  • Chicken :- 500 g
  • Fennel Seeds :  1 tsp
  • Whole Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
  • Cloves : 4-5
  • Mustard Seeds : 1 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves : 1 twig (10)
  • Garlic : 10-12
  • Desiccated Coconut : 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind Pulp :- 2 tbsp
  • Onion : 2 Medium Size (Chopped)
  • Cinnamon Stick :  1 
  • Cardamom : 5-6 pods
  • Black Pepper : 8-9
